Rules

Rules to be respected during the Cat Experience:

Ensure that you arrive 10 minutes early prior to your session to make sure that you get the full Cat Experience.
Make sure to take shoes off once in the waiting area, prior to entering the Cat Rooms.
Do not force our cats to do anything they don’t want to do- they will approach you at their own discretion.
The interaction with our cats and kittens is to be safe and gentle, do not pick the kittens up if they don’t want to be handled.
Strictly NO FOOD OR DRINKS allowed in the cat room. DO NOT feed the cats without permission, as they have their own dietary requirements.
Do not step on any furniture, including cat furniture in the cat room. If you break property in the cat room during your Cat Experience, you will be responsible to pay for the replacement.
As a parent, you must be responsible for the supervision and care of your children during the Cat Experience.
This experience is for Ages 8+ and children 11 and under MUST be supervised.

Risks

Risks associated to visitors participating in the Cat Experience and interacting with the cats include, but are not limited to the following:

Minor injuries from bites or scratches.
Allergic reactions resulting from the cats.
Damage to personal property by the cats’ general behaviour.
Other visitors causing distress to the cats.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS: Only rescheduling is available.

CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel your appointment, no refunds will be issued, although you can reschedule so you won’t miss out on your experience with the cats.
RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling is unavailable within 48 hours of the date of your booking and must be done in advance.
LATENESS OR MISSED BOOKINGS: Session times cannot be extended to accommodate late arrival and refunds will not be issued in the event of failure to attend bookings.

Upon booking, you agree to comply with the House Rules provided to you by Meow Cat Café . You understand that you are solely liable for your conduct during your Cat Experience session.
